Beginnings of Koreatown Dallas

Based on the interview with Dr. Jay Zo, Koreatown Dallas was not first Koreatown in North Texas.  Instead, it began in Irving, TX.  Before Koreatown Dallas was moved to the area between Harry Hines Blvd. and Royal Lane, it was located somewhere between Cedar Springs Rd. and Lemmon Ave.
